Middle East Conflict Intensifies The unrest in the Middle East continues to escalate dramatically. Georgia Senator Jon Ossoff is scheduled for a briefing today on the situation. Iran directly targeted the U.S. Embassy in Saudi Arabia (thankfully mostly empty at the time), and six U.S. service members have been lost since the war began. Delta Air Lines has suspended flights to Israel. Elite wealthy individuals in Dubai and Abu Dhabi are reportedly paying $350,000 for private security convoys to flee Iran's missile attacks. Our thoughts remain with those affected.

Georgia Leaders Ring NYSE Bell for 2026 World Cup Big Atlanta pride moment yesterday at the New York Stock Exchange: Mayor Andre Dickens and Governor Brian Kemp rang the opening bell together. Why? We're now just 100 days from the FIFA World Cup kickoff right here in Atlanta, first match June 15 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium. They rocked their scarves, and the floor traders shouted "ATL!" They represented us well.

MARTA Launches Free On-Demand Ride Service Public transportation in Atlanta just got way more convenient. Starting Saturday, MARTA is rolling out on-demand ride service in 12 zones, you order through the app for curb-to-curb pickups or connections to bus/rail lines. It's completely free through the end of March (then $2.50 per ride). No coverage for Casa Linda, but this could change how you get to games, work, or anywhere. Game-changer for avoiding parking hassles!
