AUSTIN (Talk1370.com) -- First responders are investigating after a body was found floating in a retention pond near a north Austin hotel Saturday afternoon.
Austin Police say the call came in around noon Saturday. The scene is in an open space near the Hilton Garden Inn located in the 12400 block of the North Interstate 35 service road.
Police said the body was badly decomposed, to the point that autopsy results will be necessary before it can be determined if the death is suspicious or not.
No suspects are being sought at this time, officials said.
