CHICAGO (WBBM NEWSRADIO) - Two people were found dead after a fire in the Morgan Park neighborhood Thursday night.
The fire was at 113th and Homewood shortly before 6:30 p.m. The Chicago Fire Department said the bodies of two men in their 60s were found the second time firefighters did a search of the single-family house.
A fire spokesman said a woman who lives in the house was able to escape the fire. Cause is under investigation and the fire department said it did not find any working smoke detectors in the house.
