James Gazis of Pittsburgh was at home when he heard his wife yelling at somebody outside for parking on the street in front of their house.
Well, Gazis ran out to confront the elderly driver, and felt the best way to do that was throw a pumpkin at her car.
And if that wasn't enough, Gazis allegedly threw a SECOND pumpkin at the woman, this time through the driver's side window -- which hit her in the face, and gave her a concussion.
Gazis then proceeded to get into a fistfight with the driver's adult son, all because she parked on the street in front of their house, which is perfectly legal. Security cameras proved that those accusations were false.
Gazis was arrested and is facing charges of aggravated assault and "propulsion of missiles." According to WPXI, under Pennsylvania law, a "missile" is anything you throw, shoot, or propel into someone's car that could injure them.
