(670 The Score) The Bulls will sign guard Mac McClung and big man Ersan Ilyasova to 10-day contracts via hardship exceptions, according to multiple reports Tuesday afternoon.

The news came as Bulls guard Devon Dotson landed in the NBA's health and safety protocols, according to Darnell Mayberry of the Athletic. Dotson was momentarily the sixth Bulls player in the protocols at the time, but wing Troy Brown Jr. has exited the protocols, Adrian Wojnarowski of ESPN reported later in the afternoon. Bulls star guard Zach LaVine, guard Matt Thomas, guard Ayo Dosunmu and big man Alize Johnson were all still in the protocols as of mid-afternoon Tuesday.
McClung, 22, will join the Bulls from the South Bay Lakers of the G League, where he was averaging 19.5 points and 6.2 assists in 13 games while shooting 39.7% on 3-pointers. He attended training camp with the Lakers.
Ilyasova, 34, is a 13-year NBA veteran who has averaged 10.1 points in his career. He has shot 36.7% from 3-point range in his career. Ilyasova played 17 games for the Jazz last season.
Chicago hosts Toronto on Wednesday and then is off until Sunday, when it hosts Indiana.
