Orchard Park, N.Y. (WBEN) - The next phase of construction on the new state-of-the-art Buffalo Bills stadium will start soon, as cranes have arrived at the site of the team's future home.
In an email Thursday morning, the Bills called the arrival of the cranes a "significant milestone" in construction of the stadium.
The cranes, which still need to be put together by workers, will be used to erect the stadium's steel superstructure.
"Throughout this process, our dedicated construction team remains committed to working diligently on-site, collaborating closely with stakeholders to minimize disruptions and address any temporary inconveniences that may arise," the team says.
The stadium is set to open in 2026.
