Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - After a four-touchdown performance and leading the Buffalo Bills to a "Monday Night Football" win over the Jacksonville Jaguars at Highmark Stadium, Josh Allen has received AFC Offensive Player of the Week honors from the NFL.
Allen has been named the AFC Player of the Week a league-high 13 times since entering the league in 2018.
Lamar Jackson and Patrick Mahomes rank second during that time span with 10 AFC Player of the Week honors.
After opening the season by losing a fumble in the red zone on Buffalo's first possession in a 34-28 win over Arizona, Allen has led Buffalo to score 12 touchdowns and five field goals on his next 23 drives not ending with kneel-downs.
Allen and the Bills next travel to Baltimore to take on Jackson and the Ravens on Sunday night.
