Buffalo, N.Y. (WBEN) - Photographs captured the horror that unfolded at a Tops Market on Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo after a gunmen opened fire, striking 13 victims, killing ten, in what is being described and prosecuted as a racially-motivated hate crime.
