NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two NYPD officers were hospitalized after a police car overturned during an accident in the Bronx on Tuesday night, authorities said.

The happened at around 9:40 p.m. near the intersection of East 158th Street and Grand Concourse, in the Concourse neighborhood, the FDNY said.
Two officers involved were injured and taken to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries, officials said.
Police have not shared details of the crash, and video from Citizen App showed an overturned NYPD SUV in the middle of the street.
An investigation is ongoing.
