NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Two suspects are sought by NYPD after a teen boy was shot in the chest in Brooklyn on Monday and hospitalized in critical condition, authorities said.
Police said the incident occurred just before 9 p.m. at 1566 Sterling Place in Crown Heights.

According to officials, the 16-year-old boy was opening an entrance door at the location when the suspects approached the doorway.
One of the suspects displayed and discharged a gun, striking the teen once in the lower right chest, authorities said.
EMS rushed the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/Kings County in critical but stable condition.
The suspects fled the location to parts unknown.
The first suspect is described as a man last seen wearing a dark-colored hooded sweatshirt, dark-colored pants and a dark-colored baseball hat.
The second suspect is described as a man who was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with white writing on the back.
