NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for a creep who allegedly followed a 14-year-old girl onto an elevator at her Queens building and offered her $20 to “spit on” him while taking up-skirt photos of her.

The mustachioed man, wearing a “Have a Nice Play” lotto t-shirt and a T-Mobile baseball cap, followed the teen into her apartment building in the area of Franklin Avenue and Union Street in Flushing on the afternoon of Monday, Aug. 8.
Once inside the elevator, the man allegedly asked the girl, “Are you a model? Can I take your picture?”
He then began to take photos of the girl while rubbing her inner thigh, according to police, who said he took up-skirt pictures of her.
The teen began yelling at him and followed him out of the building.
Police said she was not physically injured.
The NYPD believes the suspect is between 50 and 60 years old.
