Anna Delvalle, 62, was found dead in her home at 140 Moore Street by family members in May of 2018. Her neighbor, 54-year-old Basil Gray, was found dead two days later in his apartment next to Delvalle’s.

Both of the victims were fatally shot and investigators believe the murders were linked as ballistic evidence showed the same gun was used in both incidents.

Authorities have been searching for suspects since the 2018 murders but have yet to gather enough information to charge anyone. According to detectives, no 911 calls were made around the time the victims were suspected to have been shot.

Anyone with information about the murders, or the suspected shooter or shooters, is asked to call the FBI New York at 212-384-1000.
