
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- An armed man and a vehicle are sought in connection to a Bronx shooting over the weekend where a man was struck in his legs, authorities said.
Just before 3 p.m. on Saturday, May 14, a 24-year-old man was in front of 2002 Ellis Avenue in Unionport when he was approached by the suspect who produced a handgun and began to discharge rounds, police said.

The victim was hit one time in each leg, the NYPD said.
The suspect fled as a passenger in a white Acura four-door sedan, officials said.

The victim was transported by private means in stable condition to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi.
