Hochul announced Tuesday that her campaign has $21.3 million on hand thanks to donations over just five months, calling it “record-setting.” Money was donated from each of the state’s counties, she said.

The governor said it breaks the record in a single filing period, set by George Pataki two decades ago.

The millions on hand only make Hochul’s aspirations to be voted in to the governor’s office later this year even closer to being realized. Two potential Democratic foes — Bill de Blasio and Letitia James — will not being going up against her.

That leaves the primary field down to NYC Public Advocate Jumaane Williams and Long Island Rep. Tom Suozzi.

The latest poll from Siena College, also out Tuesday, showed Hochul with a 34-point lead over de Blasio, who announced today that he won’t even be in the race. Her closest active opponent is Williams, who garnered 11%, while Suozzi only grabbed 6%.

That poll showed Hochul has a 46% favorability rating among New Yorkers, 60% when you poll only Democrats.

If she retains her mighty advantage, she will potentially see Long Island Rep. Lee Zeldin, ex-Westchester Executive Rob Astorino or Andrew Giuliani, Rudy’s son, in the general election.

According to the Times, Suzzo was expected to report more than $3 million raised, while Williams’ amount wasn’t clear yet.
