At the start of his video interview, Davidson told the interviewer, “I just want to make sure I don’t have underwear everywhere. Sorry, I am moving so my place is disgusting.”

Davidson’s reps did not immediately respond to requests for comment, but a source told The New York Post, “Pete is still debating whether or not to take the Brooklyn pad. The issue is security. This place does not have a doorman. He is also considering Chelsea. But there have been security issues, even [more] so after Kanye’s comments. So many people are even showing up to his mom’s house.”

The comedian purchased a $1.2 million condo at a high-rise just over a year ago.

The 1,500 square feet home with two bedrooms, three bathrooms with quartz countertops, and a unique “waterfall” installation has views of the Manhattan skyline spanning to the Verrazzano Bridge.

Davidson and fellow "SNL" castmate Colin Jost recently purchased a 5,200-person capacity Staten Island Ferry boat for $280,100 with "grand plans" to turn it into a comedy club.
