NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 22-year-old is severely injured after being shot in the head at a Staten Island deli Tuesday evening, authorities said.

The shooting occurred just before 6 p.m. at Elegant Deli at 35 Victory Boulevard in New Brighton, police said.
Cops are unsure if there was a dispute before the man was shot.
The victim was taken to Richmond University Medical Center where he remains in critical condition.
Police are searching for three men as part of the ongoing investigation.
