
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a man who shoved a 60-year-old man off a Queens train after arguing with him over a seat last week.
The victim was riding a northbound E train on June 29 around midnight when the argument started, according to officials.
When the train arrived at the Grand Avenue station in Elmhurst, the attacker shoved him off of the train, causing him to fall onto the platform and break his arm.
EMS took the victim to NYC Health and Hospitals/ Elmhurst in stable condition.
The attacker remained on the train until the Woodhaven Boulevard station, where he exited.
