The slasher was one of two men who got into an argument with the woman around 11 p.m. inside the Fordham Road station at E. 188th Street and the Grand Concourse in Fordham Heights.

During the confrontation on the northbound D train platform, the man slashed the woman across her face, police said.

He and the second man then fled the platform to the street level, according to police.

Citizen App video shows the NYPD and EMS at the scene.

A woman who identified herself as the victim told News 12 from a hospital that the suspect may have been panhandling and that the attack was unprovoked. She said she needed stitches for her wound.

No arrests have been reported.
