
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a man wanted for assaulting a 50-year-old man who wouldn't give him coffee and a donut near Union Square last week, authorities said.
The incident happened at approximately 4:35 a.m. on Tuesday, February 22, at East 14th Street and 4th Avenue, when the suspect approached the victim and asked him for a coffee and donut, officials said.

When the victim refused, the suspect struck him in the head and hand with a padlock, according to the NYPD.
The victim did not seek medical attention at the scene.
