Tyreik Martin has since been charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon for attacking a female guard at Bayard and Bowery streets at 7:40 a.m., with sources telling The New York Post that the victim was struck in the face with a bottle.

Sources said Martin allegedly admitted to arresting officers who nabbed him 45 minutes later that he likes to hit people in the face with bottles.

Martin has reportedly had more than 70 arrests, including for assault and drug charges.

Last May, Martin allegedly hit a 2-year-old in the head with a suitcase while she was being pushed by her mom in a stroller.
