Men robbed by duo with gun, knife on Queens street: NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for two armed men wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred on a Queens street earlier this month, officials said.

At approximately 4 a.m. on Tuesday, February 15, the suspects approached a 44-year-old and a 60-year-old man in front of 123-23 Liberty Avenue in South Richmond Hill, the NYPD said.

The men displayed a firearm and a knife and took $500 before fleeing northbound on 124th Street on foot, authorities said.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.
