NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — An employee at the kosher Eat n' Run Cafe on Coney Island Avenue in Brooklyn received an envelope Monday, postmarked from New Jersey, with no return address.
"As I opened it up, I saw a flier with swastika and something in German and [it] said 1938," an employee said.
It was a photocopy depicting a Nazi rally at Nuremberg. The employee did not want to be identified.
"I had grandparents and family who went through the Holocaust, and many people perished," he added. "It was really something you don't expect in today's America."
This restaurant is now at least the third Sheepshead Bay business to be targeted this week.
A TD Bank with a Jewish manager and Lucia Pizza with Jewish silent partners also received the same flier.
The NYPD's Hate Crimes Task Force is investigating.
