The black Mercedes-Benz was driving south on Fifth Avenue near 52nd Street just before 6 a.m., when the passenger started shooting, officials said.

No one was injured, and it’s unclear if any of the upscale businesses in the area were hit.

Police did not say whether they’ve identified who the gunman’s target was.

No arrests have been made, and an investigation is ongoing.
