NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man was shot in the chest by a gunman on a scooter, police said Wednesday as they search for two suspects in last week's brazen drive-by shooting in the Bronx.

The 24-year-old victim was among a group of people caught in a hail of bullets outside a beauty salon at Lafayette and Rosedale avenues in the Soundview section last Monday morning.
Video from police shows two men speeding by on a scooter around 11:20 a.m. One of them drives the vehicle as the other fires multiple shots.
The victim and several other people duck for cover, video shows, including a man near the street who is just feet away from the gunman.
The man who was shot was transported to Jacobi Medical Center in stable condition with a gunshot wound to his chest.
The two suspects fled the scene on the scooter.
