NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A Queens predator allegedly raped and brutally assaulted two teen girls and a woman who he also held captive, one of them for months, police said Thursday as the crimes were detailed in a disturbing criminal complaint from the Queens D.A.
Andres Portilla, 28, faces a long list of charges, including multiple counts of first-degree kidnapping, first-degree assault, first-degree rape, first-degree criminal sexual act, first-degree sexual abuse and endangering the welfare of a child, among others.
Police said he preyed on runaways, including a 15-year-old Suffolk County girl who went missing in August, a 15-year-old Queens girl who went missing in December and a 21-year-old Queens woman who disappeared after going out on New Year’s Eve.
Portilla met the 15-year-old girl from Suffolk on Sept. 1 and invited her to live with him at his apartment on 85th Street in Jackson Heights, according to the complaint.
Over the course of about two months, he repeatedly beat her and hit her with a wrench, causing injuries that included an orbital fracture, authorities said. He also allegedly stabbed her in the leg.

Around Nov. 1, he moved her into his car and refused to let her leave under threats of violence. He repeatedly raped her in the vehicle at locations across Queens until early January, according to the complaint. During this time, he hit her again with the wrench and cut her lip with a pair of scissors, causing permanent disfigurement, authorities said.
While the injured Suffolk girl still in the backseat of his car, Portilla allegedly picked up the 15-year-old Queens girl at 64th Road and the Grand Central Parkway service road in Forest Hills. He prevented her from leaving the car, telling her, “you’re not getting out,” the complaint alleges.
He told the girl to get in the backseat, where he raped her, according to the complaint.
At some point he let the second girl go, it's unclear when, but he continued to hold the first girl captive, authorities said.

Then on Jan. 1, Portilla met the 21-year-old woman at Queens Plaza South and 27th Street in Long Island City and offered her a charger for her phone in his vehicle.
When she got into the car, he immediately locked the doors, took her phone and sped off to a secluded area a few blocks away, authorities said. The woman looked in the backseat of the vehicle and saw the Suffolk girl, who was bleeding from her head.
The woman refused to have sex with Portilla, so he hit her in the head and face with a wrench, causing permanent damage to her teeth, according to the complaint.
He held the woman captive in the vehicle and raped her until Jan. 4, when he reportedly let her go after spotting a “missing” poster of her and panicking.
She was hesitant to report the crime, as he had threatened to hurt her family, but she ultimately told police, who launched a search for Portilla.
He was arrested on Jan. 6 after police spotted him walking with the Suffolk girl, who'd been held captive since September, at 25th Avenue and 83rd Street in East Elmhurst.
Authorities are continuing to search for other potential victims in the case.
