NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A Staten Island man with nine prior arrests tried to flee from police after he was arrested for stealing a car this month.

According to the police, Justin Mandato was seen driving a 2018 Jeep in the parking lot of a dealership at 1239 Hylan Blvd. on Nov. 2 just before 8:30 p.m. He was then arrested and charged.
