VIDEO: Suspect who stole purse from stroller inside Brooklyn Macy's sought

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a suspect wanted for stealing a purse from a stroller inside a Brooklyn Macy's store last month, authorities said.

On Monday, February 14, at approximately 1:10 p.m., a 63-year-old woman was shopping inside of Macy's located on Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn, when the suspect took her purse from a stroller, the NYPD said.

The suspect fled on foot to parts unknown.

The victim's purse contained credit cards and approximately $160, according to officials.

There were no injuries reported as a result of this incident.

Police described the suspect as being a male or female, with a light skin complexion, medium build and was last seen wearing a light blue jacket, dark blue pants, blue sneakers, black winter hat, multi-color mask, eyeglasses and seen carrying a dark blue bag with white dots on it and a small dark bag.
