Teens stab, rob man who wouldn't give them money at Brooklyn subway station

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Teens stabbed and robbed a man who wouldn't give them money at a Brooklyn subway station on Wednesday morning, police said.

The victim, said to be in his 20s, was stabbed in the back inside the 2/5 Church Avenue station at Nostrand Avenue in East Flatbush.

The victim was approached by the trio just after 6:30 p.m.

The teens demanded money, and when the victim refused, one of them stabbed him, police said.

The thieves then took his money and ran off. At least one of them was wearing a ski mask, according to police.

The severity of the victim’s injuries wasn’t immediately known.
