NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A thief on a scooter is wanted for allegedly conducting three robberies in the Bronx in just one day, authorities said Tuesday.

All three of the robberies occurred in the early hours of June 6. The first of which happened around 1:50 a.m. at a food cart in front of 1240 Randall Avenue in Hunts Point. The thief is seen on surveillance video riding up to the cart before pointing a gun at the 38-year-old employee demanding money, police said.
The suspect made away with about $70 from the food cart, fleeing the scene on a blue scooter to the next location close by. The robber approached a 51-year-old victim in front of 25 Barretto Street, also in Hunts Point, pointed a gun at him and demanded money, according to officials.

The victim surrendered about $110 dollars and the thief fled the scene on the same blue motor scooter, authorities said
Not long after, around 2:15 a.m., the thief allegedly struck again. This time, the suspect entered a business at 416 East 149 Street in Mott Haven and passed a note demanding money to the 60-year-old employee with a gun drawn.

Cops said the employee refused to fork over cash and the suspect fled the business empty-handed.
No injuries were reported from any of the incidents.
Anyone with information in regard to the identity of this individual is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
