Two armed men entered the King Grabba Smoke Shop on Broadway near East 225th Street around 8:20 p.m. Sunday, police said.
In a video released Wednesday by the NYPD, the first gunman rushes past the customer, but the second forces him to the back of the store while aiming his gun at his head.
According to police, a third member of the robbery crew entered the shop, and the three exited with $1,000 in merchandise, $4,000 cash and a worker's iPhone 11 before driving away in a black sedan, traveling southbound on Broadway.
Nearly 20 minutes later, the group robbed an Inwood smoke shop on Broadway near West 211th Street at gunpoint, making off with $1,500 in cash.

Police said the group was also behind an Aug. 31 armed robbery at a Bronx car wash on Bailey Avenue. Two gunmen struck around 7:55 p.m. and stole jewelry and car keys from a 38-year-old customer.
They then stole his white 2021 Honda Civic, heading toward Van Cortlandt Park. The car was later found.
None of the victims were injured in each incident.
Police said the men are in their 20s, around 5'7" to 5'11" tall, with two of the men having slim builds and the third individual having a heavy build.
