VIDEO: Yeshiva school bus driver, 70, beaten, robbed in Brooklyn parking lot: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 70-year-old Yeshiva bus driver was savagely beaten and robbed in Brooklyn, police said Thursday as they released shocking video of the incident.

Authorities said a group of unknown individuals approached the victim and another 70-year-old driver at the Yeshiva Chasan Sofer parking lot in Borough Park at around 6 a.m. Thursday.

Cops said the group punched and kicked one of the victims in the face and around their bodies and removed cellphone chargers from the school buses.

The individuals then fled on foot in an unknown direction.

The driver suffered lacerations and swelling all over his body and was taken to Maimonides Hospital by EMS in a stable condition.
