It's Opening Day, which is almost a holiday in Minnesota. A sure sign of spring, and fans gather in Downtown Minneapolis for a celebration of Twins Baseball.
The Twins hosted their annual Breakfast on the Plaza event, where fans could drive through, pick up some hot dogs for breakfast, and celebrate the return of baseball to the Twin Cities.
WCCO's Jason DeRusha was on the plaza, talking to fans, Twins staff and the Mayor of Minneapolis Jacob Frey this Friday morning. Here are some of the sights and sounds of "Opening Day"!
