Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills announced a pair of roster moves on Monday, most notably the activation of guard Ike Boettger from the Reserve/Physically Unable to Perform (PUP) list.

Boettger became a stalwart on the offensive line last season playing at guard on the left side of the line next to Dion Dawkins. He appeared in 15 games for Buffalo, starting 10 of those games until his 2021 season was ended nearly a year ago when he suffered a torn Achilles against the New England Patriots on Dec. 26.
To make room for Boettger on the active roster, the team has released defensive tackle Brandin Bryant.
Boettger has been with the Bills since being signed as an undrafted free agent in 2018 out of the University of Iowa. After having a brief cup of coffee with the Kansas City Chiefs in September of 2018, he was re-signed by the Bills, where he has been ever since.
Over his four-year NFL career, the 28-year-old has appeared in 33 games for the Bills, starting 17 of those contests.
The Bills are next in Chicago to take on the Bears at Soldier Field on Christmas Eve.
