Buffalo N.Y. (WGR 550) - The Buffalo Bills started running down their checklist of goals and accomplishments for the 2022 season on Saturday night when they clinched a playoff berth in a 32-29 win over the Miami Dolphins at Highmark Stadium.
With the win over their division rival and Saturday, paired with losses from both the New York Jets and New England Patriots on Sunday, the Bills have the chance to check off another one of their goals for the 2022 season this Saturday afternoon against the Chicago Bears: An AFC East title.

The scenario for the Bills this upcoming week is very simple for the team to clinch a third-straight division title: Beat the Bears on Saturday in Chicago, or have the Dolphins lose a fourth-straight game on Sunday in Green Bay against the Packers.
A win over the Bears on Saturday would give Buffalo its 13th AFC East title in franchise history. It would also be the first time the Bills have won the division in three-straight years since they were the kings of the AFC East for four-straight seasons from 1988-91.
However, it may be another difficult challenge this week when it comes to facing the elements. According to the National Weather Service, a strong winter storm is likely to impact the area starting Thursday that could bring the potential for blizzard-like conditions.
Kickoff between the Bills and Bears on Saturday is scheduled for 1 p.m. EST on Saturday at Soldier Field.
