Bills release wide receiver Elijah Moore

Moore put up just nine receptions for 112 yards in nine games this season

Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR Sports Radio 550) - Nearly 24 hours after adding Brandin Cooks to the wide receivers room, the Buffalo Bills have made a subtraction to the group by releasing veteran wideout Elijah Moore.

After signing with the Bills following the 2025 NFL Draft, Moore put up a disappointing 2025 campaign with just nine receptions for 112 yards and no touchdowns. He was also utilized in just 31% of the Bills' offensive snaps this year.

Through the first 11 games of the season, Moore was the 10th-leading receiving option in the Bills offense, behind the likes of Dawson Knox, Ty Johnson and Jackson Hawes.

The Bills now have an open spot on the 53-man roster following Moore's release. Now the wide receivers room in Buffalo includes:

- Khalil Shakir
- Brandin Cooks
- Curtis Samuel
- Keon Coleman
- Joshua Palmer
- Tyrell Shavers
- Mecole Hardman Jr.
