Orchard Park, N.Y. (WGR 550) - Several players missed practice on Wednesday for the Buffalo Bills with illnesses. Head coach Sean McDermott clarified that none of those illnesses are COVID-related, but acknowledged the team had to adjust how they practiced due to being without so many players.

Fullback Reggie Gilliam, linebacker Matt Milano, defensive back Cam Lewis, and defensive tackles Jordan Phillips and Tim Settle were the players sick and missed out on Wednesday's session.
Additionally, wide receiver Jake Kumerow (ankle), defensive end Gregory Rousseau (ankle), and linebacker Tremaine Edmunds (groin) did not practice, while defensive end Von Miller and offensive lineman Rodger Saffold had veteran rest days.
While those players were all absent or did not participate, the team did get some welcome injury news with the return of safety Jordan Poyer, who's missed the last two games with an elbow injury.
Cornerback Kaiir Elam also rejoined the team after missing last Sunday's loss against the Minnesota Vikings with an ankle injury.
