Michigan State Police Arrest 2 Men In Livingston County On Child Porn Charges

HOWELL, Mich. (WWJ) -- Michigan State Police have arrested two Livingston County men on child porn charges. 

Investigators say Clifford Fouts, 23 and Stephen Deshon, 32, were arrested and arraigned last Friday after State Police searched a home and found suspected child porn and internet devices. Both men turned themselves in at the MSP Brighton Post.

State Police say the investigation stemmed from a tip to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. A search of the home netted multiple internet capable devices and evidence which contained suspected child sexually abusive material.

Fouts is facing one count of child sexually abusive activity, three counts of possession of child sexually abusive material and four counts of using a computer to commit a crime. He faces up to 20 years in prison if convicted. 

Deshon is charged with one count of possession of child sexually abusive material and one count of using a computer to commit a crime. He is facing four years in prison if convicted.

Fouts was issued a $100,000 cash or surety bond, while Deshon was issued a cash or surety bond for $50,000.
