
DETROIT (WWJ) — Concern is growing over an adult male with several mental health aliments who left a care facility Wednesday and hasn't been seen since.
Detroit police are searching for Paul Hammontree, 53, who disappeared in the 12000 block of Terry on July 13 — police said he was last seen around 5 p.m.
Authorities said he is believed to have left the adult foster care home where he was staying and did not return.
According to Hammontree's caretaker, he has been diagnosed with Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder and is Autistic.
Hammontree is described by authorities as a white male standing apporximently 5' 8" and weighing 130 lbs. -- he is said to have green eyes and salt and pepper hair.
He was last seen wearing a gray jogging suit.
