Family concerned about 30-year-old woman who went missing in Detroit on Monday

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Have you seen Gerrie Bailey?

The Detroit Police Department is asking for tips from the public in the case of a 30-year-old woman who hasn't been seen since early in the morning of Monday, April 25.

According to police, Bailey left her home in the 7000 block of E. Jefferson Ave., on the city's east side, at around 1 a.m., and she did not return.

According to Bailey's family, this not like her and they are concerned for her well-being. police said.

Bailey is described as a white female with blonde hair and blue eyes. She's 5’1” tall, weighs around 130 lbs., and has a tattoo of a rose on her arm and the name "Dejuan" tattooed on her wrist.

Bailey was last seen wearing a green t-shirt and black sweatpants.

No further details were released.
