PONTIAC (WWJ) -- A fourth victim has died following the Oxford High School shooting.
Oakland County Sheriff's Office said that 17-year-old Justin Shilling, a senior, passed away from his injuries around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday at McLaren Oakland Hospital in Pontiac.
As of Tuesday, Shilling was reported to be in stable condition.
As of Wednesday afternoon, there are six wounded victims in the hospital --three in critical condition, including a 14-year-old girl who is on a ventilator following surgery. Sheriff Mike Bouchard said it was "looking very tough" for the girl, who suffered gunshot wounds to the neck and chest.
The 47-year-old teacher who was shot in the left shoulder has since been released from the hospital.
Charges are pending for the alleged 15-year-old shooter.
