A gas station clerk in Detroit is facing charges after he allegedly fondled a 13-year-old girl.
Faisel Al-Halemi was arraigned yesterday on two counts of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct. Bond was set at $75,000.
The incident happened Sunday evening at the Sunoco Gas Station at 7 Mile and Hayes. A girl and her brother said they walked in to grab some snacks and that's when Al-Halemi alleged groped her.

They went home and called police, who arrived a half hour later and arrested the 38-year-old clerk.
