DETROIT (WWJ) – While the Giant Slide at Belle Isle received loads of attention over the summer, there’s a new giant slide coming to town.
The Midway on the site of the long-delayed Dan Gilbert Monroe Blocks project, which was supposed to bring several new skyscrapers to the block. That project broke ground in 2018 and was supposed to wrap up this year, but has been stalled for several years.
