DETROIT (WWJ) -- Police have arrested a suspect who struck and killed a jogger on Woodward Avenue in Detroit.
Detroit police say a person was jogging south on Woodward, north of McNichols, at 7:30 a.m. Friday when they were hit by a car and killed.
The car then fled the scene.
Detroit police later arrested the driver.
