DETROIT (WWJ) -- Jordan Street, a 32-year-old man who disappeared late last year in Detroit, has been found dead.

That's according to the Detroit Police Department, which issued a short media release late Wednesday morning.

It's unclear at this time how Street died, or whether or not foul play is suspected.

Detroit Police Corporal Dan Donakowski said the Wayne County Medical Examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death.

In a missing persons report issued last week, the DPD said Street was last seen at around 12 a.m. on Friday, December 30, 2022, in the 11500 block of Lahser, south of I-96 and east of Outer Drive on Detroit's west side.

His family was unable to locate him after that time, police said, noting that the family said Street lived with a heart condition as well as depression.

Police have not said where Street's body was found, or exactly when it was discovered.

Donakowski said the DPD would not be releasing any additional information at this time.
