DETROIT (WWJ) -- A 36-year-old man is behind bars in Detroit, charged with shooting three people and killing one of them at a west side hair salon last weekend.

Wayne County Prosecutor Kym Worthy on Friday announced the case against Dandre Rashad Mitchell in the fatal shooting of 28-year-old Deante Snow, and the non-fatal shooting of a 19-year-old man and a 26-year-old man.

All three victims were identified as Detroit residents.

According to investigators, Mitchell got into an argument with the three men at a hair salon on Livernois Ave., near 7 Mile Rd., at around 7:20 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 22.

When the argument escalated, it's alleged that Mitchell drew a handgun and shot all three victims.

Police arrived on the scene to find Snow lying face up with heavy bleeding near his torso, prosecutors said. He was pronounced dead a short time later at a local hospital.

Mitchell turned himself in to police on Monday and was arraigned in 36th District Court Thursday on one count of first degree murder, two count of assault with intent to murder, and three counts of using a firearm in commission of a felony.

Worthy's office said the bond set by Magistrate Joseph Boyer was $100,000 cash. As a result, WCPO has filed an Emergency Bond Motion that will be argued before Judge Kenneth King in 36th District Court on Monday.

A probable cause conference in the case is scheduled for Feb. 10.
