The girl was hit just before 3 p.m. in the 7600 block of Bingham Street and later died at Children's Hospital.

The hit-and-run was caught on a neighbor’s surveillance camera and shows a silver or white Chevy Equinox speeding down the street right before the moment of impact.

The driver, believed to be Collins, did not stop at the scene.

Dearborn police say Collins is approximately 5-foot-3, 120 lbs., with brown eyes and black hair.
