Police searching for gunman who fled after Sunday shooting in Detroit

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Have you see this man?

The Detroit Police Department is asking for help from the community to find a suspect in a shooting over the weekend.

According to police, 59-year-old Kenneth Sadler shot and wounded a 30-year-old man just after 4:15 p.m. Sunday at Minnesota and Lumpkin St., in the area of Dequindre and Nevada Ave.

After the shooting, police said Sadler fled the scene on foot, heading northbound on Lumpkin towards Nevada.

He was last seen wearing a white shirt and black pants with white stripes.

It's unclear what led to the gunfire.

Police said the victim survived the shooting, but there is no information about his condition at this time.
