The search for a missing teen in St. Clair County came to a tragic end after police say they found the young girl's body on the Trestle Bridge on the Wadhams to Avoca Trail.
Leah Connor, 16, left home at about 11:20 a.m. Saturday and never returned home. Her family reported her missing at about 4:15 p.m. when she failed to return.
Police searched with the help of K-9 dogs and said they found Connor's body a short time later.

Her death is being treated as suspicious, police say.
Police say they're releasing no further information, pending the results of their investigation.
