'Serial prowler' arrested for lurking, peeping in windows in Farmington Hills

FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. (WWJ) – The search for a man accused of lurking in yards and peeping in the windows of Farmington Hills residents at night has come to an end.

Kenton Driscoll, 57, has been arraigned on one count of prowling after residents reported seeing him snooping around houses on numerous occasions.

Farmington Hills police say they immediately began investigating and identified Driscoll as the suspect after he was spotted on a homeowner's surveillance camera.

Driscoll has been arrested numerous times for similar acts in Farmington Hills and other surrounding communities, police said.

After identifying Driscoll as the suspect, police launched “an exhaustive manhunt” for Driscoll due to his “highly concerning criminal behavior.”

Police found Driscoll in a wooded area near I-696 and Orchard Lake Road on March 10, thanks to the use of a drone. He was arrested without incident.

Driscoll’s bond was set at $5,300 cash/surety.

Police Chief Jeff King said he’s “extremely proud” of the department for arresting Driscoll before he committed any more crimes.
