Police looking for women who broke into, robbed Dollar Tree in Detroit [PHOTOS]

DETROIT (WWJ) -- Police are asking for tips from the public in the case of a break-in and robbery last month in Detroit.

According to investigators, at around 11:20 p.m. on Monday, Feb. 7, a group of four people broke into a the Dollar Tree in the the 2300 block of W. Davison.

Police said the robbers entered from a side door before taking merchandise and attempting to access the store's safe.

They then fled on foot, but not before two of them were caught on camera.

On Tuesday, police released photos of two of the suspect — both of them women — in hopes that someone may be able to help identify and locate them.
